The winner of the Max Factor make-up artist search is announced!

The Max Factor Make-up Artist Search grand final was held last month in Farmers, Albany. Over 50 VIPs were invited to attend the event. Evana Patterson, from Auckland was crowned the winner of the competition, outclassing fellow finalists Luisa Petch, Auckland and Emma Robertson, Christchurch.

The finalists were required to impress a judging panel of four consisting of Michelle Reynolds - Cosmetic Buyer Farmers, Trudi Brewer - ACP Beauty Director, Justine Conroy - Make-up Artist and Cherie Mobberley, Senior Brand Manager from Max Factor. They were set with the challenge to make-over their models on-stage for a day look in just 15 minutes, followed by a quick transformation in to an evening look, perfecting the smoky eye in another 15 minutes. They were also given the task of selecting the models outfits from a sneak preview of Farmers Spring Collection and required to conduct a sales pitch on Max Factors latest products.

Evana Patterson will hit the ground running as she starts immediately as Max Factors new make-up artist, with in-store consultations taking place in Max Factor stores around the country.

As part of her prize she also receives:
